  • Student departures: consultant clusters in Karol Bagh, Rajouri Garden, Nehru Place, Connaught Place, Gurugram Sector 14 and Noida Sector 18, with heavy flows to Canada, the UK, Australia and the USA.

Delhi NCR franchise questions

What does the Delhi NCR eSIM franchise cost in total?

The setup fee for Delhi NCR is ₹5,00,000, the top of our range, because the territory covers Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. We recommend an opening wallet of ₹1,50,000. A counter costs roughly ₹1,50,000 to ₹4,00,000 to fit out depending on the location. Staff, rent and your own marketing are extra.

How much can a Delhi NCR franchisee earn?

Your sales decide that. As an illustration, 600 eSIMs a month at a ₹1,200 average order is ₹7,20,000 in sales, which sits in the 40% band and earns ₹2,88,000 of margin before your own costs. Sub-reseller sales add a 5% override. These are illustrations, not results; no Delhi NCR franchise has operated yet.

Can the territory be split between Delhi and Gurugram or Noida?

Not at launch. We sell Delhi NCR as one territory because customers, consultants and corporate travel desks move across the city boundaries daily. If a franchisee prefers a smaller area we can discuss a Gurugram-only or Noida-only agreement at a lower setup fee, between ₹2,00,000 and ₹3,00,000, with the rest of NCR held back.

Which student corridors matter most in Delhi NCR?

Canada, the UK and Australia lead, followed by the USA and Germany. The student SIM for Canada and the UK starts at ₹2,999 to ₹3,999 for the starter kit, with monthly continuation plans for up to 12 months that earn you margin on each renewal.

When does the monthly minimum start?

From month four, at ₹1,00,000 of wallet usage a month, which is about 84 eSIMs at a ₹1,200 average order. Months one to three have no minimum so you can recruit sub-resellers and set up counters first.

Do airport counter rights cover Noida International Airport?

Yes. Counter rights at both DEL and DXN are included in the Delhi NCR agreement, subject to each operator's retail tender process and timing.
