What you get

Multi-IMSI with steering

Several operator identities on one SIM. The device attaches to the strongest partner network in each country and switches automatically if that network fails.

One pooled balance

Every active SIM draws from one pool at one per-MB price, in every covered country. No zones, no roaming surcharges, no per-country plans to manage.

Platform and API included

Lifecycle, alerts, diagnostics, geo-fencing and IMEI lock in the platform, with REST API keys issued instantly. See the developer quick start.

IoT connectivity

Small SIM. Bigger possibilities.

Published pricing, no minimums, a platform and an API from the first SIM.

How to deploy a global IoT SIM

01

Order online or request the trial kit

Order from 1 SIM on IoT Go, or request the free trial kit of 5 SIMs with 100MB each. SIMs ship from India and the EU in 3 to 7 working days. API keys are issued the moment your account is created.

02

Fit the SIM and activate

Insert the 2FF, 3FF or 4FF SIM or solder the MFF2 chip. Activate from the console or with one API call. The device attaches to the strongest partner network in under a minute.

03

Set alerts, groups and locks

Group SIMs by project, set usage thresholds, enable IMEI lock and geo-fencing, and register a webhook so events land in your own systems.

04

Pay for what is active

Each month you pay US$1.00 per active SIM plus US$0.004 per MB across the pool on IoT Go. Inactive and suspended SIMs cost nothing. Scale pricing applies automatically from 1,000 active SIMs.

Global IoT SIM questions

What makes a SIM a global IoT SIM?

Several IMSIs on one chip, roaming agreements that reach 600+ networks in 180+ countries, and steering logic that picks a partner network automatically. A single-operator SIM roams only where that operator has agreements and at that operator's roaming rates.

How does multi-IMSI steering work?

The SIM holds a list of IMSIs, each belonging to a sponsor operator with its own roaming footprint. On attach, the SIM tries the preferred IMSI for that country; if the network rejects it or signal is poor, it switches to the next within about 60 seconds. You can pin a preferred network per country from the console.

Is the per-MB price the same in every country?

Yes. US$0.004 per MB on IoT Go and US$0.0025 on IoT Scale in every covered country, pooled across the account. There are no zone surcharges. A small number of satellite-only territories are excluded and listed on the coverage page.

Which form factors can I order?

2FF mini, 3FF micro and 4FF nano plastic SIMs in industrial grade, and MFF2 embedded eUICC chips in tape-and-reel for pick-and-place. All are rated -40°C to +105°C. A triple-cut card covering 2FF, 3FF and 4FF is the default for the trial kit.

Does the SIM support LTE-M and NB-IoT roaming?

Yes, where the partner network supports it. LTE-M roaming is broad across Europe, North America, Japan and Australia and growing elsewhere; NB-IoT roaming is narrower. The SIM falls back to 4G LTE or 2G on another IMSI where LPWA is missing. See the NB-IoT and LTE-M page for the country list.

What about permanent roaming restrictions?

Countries including India, Brazil, Turkey, China, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt and Nigeria restrict foreign SIMs that stay long term. We provide local profiles where needed and publish a roaming-rules table on the coverage page, hedged as understood in October 2026. Tell us the countries and we confirm the approach per deployment.

Is there a minimum order or contract?

No. Order 1 SIM online on IoT Go at US$1.00 per active SIM per month with no contract. IoT Scale from 1,000 SIMs has an optional 12-month term that takes a further 10% off the SIM fee. IoT Enterprise above 10,000 SIMs is negotiated.

What does an inactive SIM cost?

Nothing. A SIM is inactive until its first data session and whenever you suspend it. You can hold 5,000 SIMs in stock and pay only for the 300 that are live this month.

How does the free trial kit work?

Request it with a company address and use case. We verify the address, then ship 5 SIMs with 100MB each, valid 30 days, from India and the EU in 3 to 7 working days. You get console and API access on the day you request it, so you can start in the sandbox before the SIMs arrive.

Try the global IoT SIM in your own devices

Five SIMs, 100MB each, 30 days, shipped from India and the EU.
