Who qualifies
- Companies and institutions evaluating IoT connectivity for their own devices
- Device makers, integrators and operators with a business address
- Students and researchers with a university address and a supervisor email
We decline residential addresses and resellers of SIMs for phones. One kit per company per 12 months.
What happens next, in 4 steps
You request the kit
Fill in the form with your company, use case, device count, countries and shipping address. Console and API access are created the same day so you can start in the sandbox.
We verify the address
We confirm the business address and use case within 1 working day. We ship to company addresses, not residential ones, to keep the kit for genuine evaluations.
The kit ships
5 triple-cut SIMs (2FF, 3FF, 4FF) with 100MB each, valid 30 days from first attach, ship from India and the EU in 3 to 7 working days. MFF2 samples on request.
You test, then order or walk away
Fit the SIMs, watch diagnostics, call the API, trigger webhooks. If it works, order from 1 SIM on IoT Go online. If not, nothing is owed and nothing follows up except one email asking what went wrong.

Universal eSIMs vs Onomondo vs Pelion vs 1GLOBAL
What each provider publishes on its own website, observed October 2026. We publish every price, accept orders from 1 SIM and ship a 100MB trial against the 50MB that is standard elsewhere.

Trial kit questions
How does the free trial kit work?
Request it with a company address and use case. We verify the address, then ship 5 SIMs with 100MB each, valid 30 days, from India and the EU in 3 to 7 working days. You get console and API access on the day you request it, so you can start in the sandbox before the SIMs arrive.
Why 100MB when others give 50MB?
Because 50MB runs out before a serious test is finished. 100MB per SIM covers a month of telematics reporting, several firmware-size downloads or a few days of event-triggered camera clips. Pelion's observed trial in October 2026 is 5 eUICC SIMs with 50MB; Onomondo offers a software sandbox.
What happens when the 30 days or 100MB run out?
The SIM suspends. Nothing is charged. If you want to keep testing, convert the SIMs to IoT Go in one click at US$1.00 per active SIM per month plus US$0.004 per MB, with no contract. Trial SIMs become ordinary production SIMs; no swap is needed.
Can I get more than 5 SIMs for a pilot?
Order them. IoT Go has no minimum, so a 50-device pilot costs US$50 a month plus data, cancel any time. Design partners in our pilot programme can have SIM fees waived for 3 months on up to 100 SIMs; see the case studies page.
Do you ship the kit to India, the Gulf, Europe and the United States?
Yes. Kits ship from India for South Asia, the Gulf and Southeast Asia, and from the EU for Europe, the UK, Africa and the Americas, in 3 to 7 working days. Customs paperwork is included; import duties, where any apply, are the recipient's.
Which form factors are in the kit?
Triple-cut cards covering 2FF, 3FF and 4FF by default. MFF2 eUICC samples for soldering are available on request for device makers; tick the box in the form.
Is the trial data pooled and does it roam?
Each trial SIM has its own 100MB rather than a pool, so you can test per-SIM alerts. Trial SIMs roam in every covered country at no extra charge, with the same steering and diagnostics as production SIMs.
How quickly can I get API access?
Immediately. API keys are issued when you create an account. The REST API uses JSON, we publish a Postman collection, and there are snippets in Python, Node.js and cURL. A sandbox with simulated SIMs lets you test activation, usage and webhooks without hardware.
Is there a minimum order or contract?
No. Order 1 SIM online on IoT Go at US$1.00 per active SIM per month with no contract. IoT Scale from 1,000 SIMs has an optional 12-month term that takes a further 10% off the SIM fee. IoT Enterprise above 10,000 SIMs is negotiated.
