How do I add an eSIM to a booking?
From the reseller dashboard when you hand over tickets or send the itinerary. Enter the traveller's email or WhatsApp, pick the destination and plan, and the QR arrives in 60 seconds. For group tours, upload a CSV of travellers and issue all eSIMs in one go.
Which plan should I recommend?
A 5GB 30-day plan covers most one-week holidays; 10GB covers two weeks with video calls; 7-day unlimited suits families sharing a hotspot. The dashboard shows a one-line recommendation per trip length, and the data calculator gives a personal estimate.
What if the traveller's phone does not support eSIM?
Sell a physical travel SIM from consignment stock, delivered to your office or the customer's home in India before departure. KYC runs through our flow. The compatibility checker takes 20 seconds.
Do I handle support when the customer is abroad?
No. The customer contacts our 24/7 WhatsApp and email support in English and Hindi. You keep a separate partner line for wallet, dashboard and pricing questions.
