Privacy policy

Template for legal review. These terms were drafted on 25 October 2026 for Universal eSIMs and must be reviewed by counsel in each market of sale before launch.

Universal eSIMs collects only the personal data needed to sell, deliver and support connectivity plans: contact details, payment confirmation, device and eSIM identifiers, usage totals and support conversations. We do not sell personal data. Data is processed under Indian data protection law and, for EU and UK customers, under GDPR and UK GDPR, with the rights of access, correction, deletion and portability described below.

What we do not do

We do not inspect the content of your internet traffic. Partner networks carry it under their own legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data to anyone.
We do not send marketing without consent, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share data with

Partner mobile networks and eSIM platforms (to provision your plan), payment providers, our support desk and WhatsApp Business provider, analytics and email providers, and authorities where the law requires. Processors are bound by contracts and, for transfers outside India or the EU, by standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Email privacy@universalesims.com; we respond within 30 days. EU and UK residents may complain to their supervisory authority.

Cookies

Essential cookies run the site and remember your currency. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only with consent through the banner. Browser storage holds your currency choice and nothing personal.

Children

Our services are for people aged 18 or over, or minors purchasing through a parent or guardian (student plans).
