Universal eSIMs reviews: 0 published yet, and here is exactly how the first 100 will be collected
We have not launched, so there are no customer reviews. This page explains where reviews will come from, how they are verified and filtered by destination, and how to join the beta and write the first ones.
Review status
Universal eSIMs has published 0 customer reviews because the company has not launched. Reviews will come from 2 sources, Trustpilot invitations and a post-trip survey sent 3 days after a plan ends, each tied to a verified order and filtered by destination. Negative reviews are published and answered within 2 working days; no rating markup appears before 10 verified reviews.
Policy checked on 25 October 2026 · Hotspot allowed on every plan · Full refund if your phone cannot install the eSIM
Verified reviews will appear here after the launch beta
No placeholder reviews. Many eSIM sites show star ratings and quotes that cannot be traced to a purchase. We will not. When the first beta travellers return, their reviews appear here and on the relevant destination pages, good and bad, within 48 hours of submission.

Review policy questions
Why are there no reviews on this page yet?
Because Universal eSIMs has not launched. We publish only reviews from verified purchases, and there are none until the closed beta of about 200 travellers ends. We would rather show an empty page than placeholder or purchased reviews. The first reviews are expected within 4 weeks of the beta starting.
Where will reviews come from?
Two sources: Trustpilot, through an automated invitation sent after every trip, and our own post-trip survey, sent 3 days after a plan expires. Both are linked to an order, so every review is from a verified buyer. Trustpilot reviews are pulled through their API and shown unedited; survey reviews are shown with the destination, plan and date.
How will reviews be filtered?
By destination, product (travel eSIM, physical SIM, student SIM, business, IoT), device type and rating. Each country page shows the reviews for that destination so you can read what travellers to Thailand said rather than an average of everywhere.
Will you remove negative reviews?
No. We publish every verified review including one-star ones, and respond publicly to any rating of three or below within 2 working days. We remove only reviews that contain personal data, abuse or content unrelated to a purchase, and we say so when we do.
Do you pay for reviews or offer incentives?
No payment and no discount for leaving a review. Every buyer gets the same invitation whether their trip went well or badly. Referral credit is for referring a friend, not for reviewing.
Will there be a star rating in search results?
Only once there are real reviews. We do not add AggregateRating markup to any page until the rating is calculated from at least 10 verified reviews, because search engines penalise fabricated ratings and because it would be dishonest.
How do I join the beta and leave the first reviews?
Register interest through the contact page with your next travel date and destination. Beta travellers get their plan at cost, support on a direct WhatsApp line, and a request for honest feedback. Around 200 places across 20 destinations.
What do you publish instead of reviews before launch?
Measured facts: per-destination speed tests we run ourselves, published monthly after launch; the full price list; the refund and fair-usage policies in plain language; and a public changelog of price and coverage changes.
