A partner manager calls or messages you on WhatsApp, confirms the programme that fits, and answers questions on margins, payouts and territory.
Sign the agreement
You receive the partner agreement by email. Affiliates and resellers sign electronically with no joining fee during launch. Franchisees pay the setup fee on signing.

Competitor terms are what each company published on its own website when we checked in October 2026. "Not published" means the company describes a programme but gives no numbers. Terms change; check the source before relying on them.
Rules and payouts
- Margin is retained at issuance. There is no payout to wait for; your earnings are the difference between retail and the wallet debit.
- Sell at or below the retail price shown in the dashboard. Discounts come out of your margin.
- Wallet balance never expires. Refunds of unused balance are made within 30 days of leaving the programme.
- Wrong-plan or incompatible-phone issuance is refunded to the wallet if reported within 24 hours and the eSIM has not connected.
- Physical SIM sales in India follow DoT KYC rules through our KYC flow; the reseller does not store ID copies.
- Each reseller location gets its own login; a reseller can add up to 10 staff users.
Reseller programme questions
How does the reseller wallet work?
You top up a prepaid wallet from ₹5,000 by UPI, card or bank transfer and get a GST invoice. When you issue an eSIM, the wallet is debited at retail minus your margin: a ₹1,200 plan costs you ₹900 in the 25% band, ₹840 at 30% and ₹780 at 35%. You collect the full retail price from the customer.
How is my margin band decided?
By your total wallet usage in the previous calendar month. Under ₹1 lakh you are on 25%; ₹1 lakh to ₹5 lakh is 30%; above ₹5 lakh is 35%. The new band applies from the first day of the next month and is shown in the dashboard. New resellers start on 25%, and founding resellers who sign before launch start on 30% for their first 6 months.
How fast does the customer get the eSIM?
Within 60 seconds. You enter the customer's email or WhatsApp number, pick the destination and plan, and the QR code and install guide are sent directly. You can also print the QR on the spot for walk-in customers.
Is there a joining fee or a monthly fee?
No joining fee during launch and no monthly fee at any time. The only money you put in is your wallet balance, which is yours to sell against. Unused wallet balance can be refunded on 30 days' notice when you leave the programme.
What if the customer's phone does not support eSIM?
Sell a physical travel SIM instead. Resellers in India can hold physical SIM stock on consignment and complete KYC through our flow. If an eSIM is issued to an incompatible phone by mistake, report it within 24 hours and the plan is refunded to your wallet in full.
Can I sell student SIMs and IoT SIMs as a reseller?
Yes. Student SIM starter kits for the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, France, New Zealand and the UAE are issued from the same dashboard at the same margin, and you earn margin on each monthly continuation plan for 12 months. Self-serve IoT Go SIMs can be ordered for customers at the reseller margin; larger IoT deals pay a referral fee.
Do I handle customer support?
Only the sale. Installation help, network problems and refund requests go to our 24/7 customer support by WhatsApp and email in English and Hindi. You have a separate partner WhatsApp line for wallet, dashboard and pricing questions.
What marketing material do I get?
Printable QR counter cards for the 20 most-sold destinations, a standee and tent card in your co-branded design, a window sticker, a WhatsApp catalogue you can forward to customers, and short install videos for iPhone and Android.
How does this compare with other eSIM reseller programmes?
As of October 2026, no eSIM company we checked publishes reseller margins. Matrix and 1GLOBAL describe reseller programmes on request; TSIM and eSIMify publish affiliate rates of 10% and 8% but no reseller terms. Universal eSIMs publishes the 25%, 30% and 35% bands and the wallet rules on this page.
Can I become a franchisee later?
Yes. Resellers who reach ₹5 lakh a month in a city where a franchise is not yet signed get first refusal on the territory, and three months of wallet usage is credited against the setup fee.
