What you get as a design partner

Waived SIM fees

No per-SIM fee for 3 months on up to 100 SIMs, worth up to US$300 at IoT Go rates. Data at the published US$0.004 per MB. No contract afterwards.

An engineer, not a ticket queue

A named engineer for the pilot, priority support, and early access to features such as private APN on IoT Go and new local profiles.

Your numbers, your call

How the pilot programme works

01

Apply with a real deployment

Tell us the device, the countries, the device count for the next 12 months and the problem you have with your current connectivity. We accept 10 design partners in the first cohort.

02

We waive SIM fees for 3 months

Up to 100 SIMs with no per-SIM fee for 3 months; data at the published US$0.004 per MB. Priority support and a named engineer for the pilot.

03

We measure together

Attach times, steering events, uptime, cost per device and support tickets, recorded monthly and shared with you.

04

We publish only what you approve

A case study with your numbers, your quotes and your logo appears here only after your written sign-off. You can stay anonymous and still take the waiver.

What each provider publishes on its own website, observed October 2026. We publish every price, accept orders from 1 SIM and ship a 100MB trial against the 50MB that is standard elsewhere.

Pilot programme questions

Why are there no case studies yet?

Because Universal eSIMs launches in 2026 and has no customers to quote. We would rather say that than invent logos. The pilot programme on this page is how the first case studies will be produced, with real numbers and sign-off from the companies involved.

What will a published case study contain?

The device and industry, the countries, the device count, the connectivity problem before, the measured results after (attach success rate, steering events, uptime, cost per device per month, support tickets), the integration approach and a quote from the engineer who ran it. No adjectives, numbers.

What does a design partner get?

SIM fees waived for 3 months on up to 100 SIMs (worth up to US$300), data at the published rate, a named engineer, priority support, early access to features such as private APN on IoT Go, and a say in the roadmap. After 3 months, published IoT Go or Scale pricing applies with no lock-in.

What do you ask in return?

A real deployment, monthly feedback for 3 months, and permission to publish the results if you approve them. You can decline publication at the end and keep the waiver.

Who qualifies?

Companies deploying 10 to 5,000 devices in the next 12 months in fleet telematics, EV charging, POS, asset tracking, smart metering, healthcare, agriculture, cameras, smart city or consumer products, in India, the Gulf, Southeast Asia, the UK or the EU. Ten places in the first cohort.

Can we remain anonymous?

Yes. We can publish results as "a 400-charger operator in the UAE" with the numbers and no name, or not publish at all. The waiver does not depend on publication.

Do you have reference customers we can call?

Not yet. We will connect design partners with each other during the programme where both agree. Until then, the free trial kit and the published pricing are the references: test it yourself.

How does the free trial kit work?

Request it with a company address and use case. We verify the address, then ship 5 SIMs with 100MB each, valid 30 days, from India and the EU in 3 to 7 working days. You get console and API access on the day you request it, so you can start in the sandbox before the SIMs arrive.

Is there a minimum order or contract?

No. Order 1 SIM online on IoT Go at US$1.00 per active SIM per month with no contract. IoT Scale from 1,000 SIMs has an optional 12-month term that takes a further 10% off the SIM fee. IoT Enterprise above 10,000 SIMs is negotiated.
