Team management questions

What does the team dashboard show?

Every traveller, every trip, usage by country and cost centre, pool balance, alerts, pending approvals and invoices. Three roles: admin (everything), finance (billing and exports, no policy changes) and traveller (own usage and requests). Data refreshes within minutes of use.

Which SSO providers are supported?

Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta on Team Growth and Enterprise, using SAML or OIDC, with SCIM for automatic joiner and leaver handling. Any SAML 2.0 or OIDC provider can be connected on Enterprise. Team Starter uses email login with 2FA.

How does expense export work?

Each month the invoice is accompanied by a line-level export with traveller, trip dates, countries, GB used and cost centre. One-click push to Xero, Zoho Books and Tally on all tiers; SAP Concur on Growth and Enterprise; CSV always. Nothing needs re-keying.

Can I set different rules for different departments?

Yes. Groups carry their own caps, allowed countries, approval rules and cost centre codes. A sales group might allow 10GB per trip with no approval, while a general group needs approval above 5GB.

How do approvals work?

A traveller who hits a cap or wants an add-on country requests it in the app. The admin or group manager gets a WhatsApp and email with a one-tap approve link. Typical approval takes under a minute. Rules can auto-approve under a threshold.

Is there an audit log?

Yes. Every policy change, approval, invitation, removal and export is logged with user, time and IP, and the log is exportable. Growth and Enterprise retain it for 7 years; Starter for 2.

Can the dashboard manage IoT SIMs as well?

The same company account holds both. Travel eSIMs and IoT SIMs have separate views because the controls differ, but billing, users and SSO are shared. See the IoT SIM pages.

Is there an API?

Yes, on Enterprise: create travellers, pre-authorise trips from a booking tool, read usage and invoices, receive webhooks for alerts. Documentation is on the eSIM API page.
