How to claim Account or WhatsApp

Step by step

01

Check eligibility

Not installed, or installed but unable to activate on a compatible, unlocked phone, or a documented service failure.

02

Request from your account

My eSIMs, select the plan, Request refund, pick a reason. Or message WhatsApp support with the order number.

03

Send evidence if asked

For install failures: a screenshot of the error and your EID (*#06#). For service failures: the dates, location and screenshots of settings.

04

Receive the refund

To the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. UPI refunds are usually faster. A credit note is issued against the GST invoice.

How long does a refund take?

We approve within 2 working days and the payment provider returns funds within 5 to 7 working days. UPI is often same day.
