Can I get a UK number before I arrive?
Yes. Order before you travel and the eSIM arrives by email with your UK number. Install it at home on Wi-Fi, and it connects to the network when you land, so the number is ready for your bank, GP and university the day you arrive.
Which plan should an international student choose?
Most students choose Campus Scholar at £7.99 a month: 10GB of data and a UK number. Receiving calls and texts is free, so verification codes from banks and universities cost nothing. If you call UK numbers a lot, add Talk Unlimited for £3.99, or choose a Universal UK plan, which includes unlimited UK calls and texts.
What is the difference between Universal UK and Campus plans?
Both give you a UK number, 5G data and roaming in 41 European destinations. Universal UK plans include unlimited UK minutes and texts. Campus plans charge 3p a minute and 3p a text when you call or text, which keeps the monthly price lower for people who mostly use WhatsApp and other apps.
Can I use the UK SIM in Europe?
Yes. Your plan's data, minutes and texts work in 41 European destinations at no extra cost, the same as at home, under a fair-use policy. That covers weekend trips to Paris, Amsterdam or Dublin without a roaming charge.
Is there a contract or a credit check?
No contract. Plans run for 30 days and renew automatically until you cancel, and you can change plan or cancel at any time on WhatsApp or by email.
Can I keep my existing UK number?
Yes. Text PAC to 65075 from your current UK SIM to get your switching code, give it to us when you order, and your number moves across, usually the next working day.
What happens if I use all my data?
Your data stops at the plan limit, so there is never a surprise bill. Add a Data Boost (1GB for £2.99, 3GB for £3.99, 10GB for £5.99) or move up a plan at any time.
Do you offer eSIM and physical SIM?

Is Infinite really unlimited?
