Per trip, per seat or pooled: which pricing model fits
Business pricing models
Most teams start per trip, move to World Wallet seats for their frequent flyers, and switch to a pool once they pass about five traveller-trips a month. The dashboard shows the crossover point from your own usage. Details on the pooled data plans page.
What the business account includes
Pooled data
One allowance in GB, shared by every traveller, same rate in every one of 130+ countries. Rolls over one month. How pooling works.
Central billing
One GST invoice a month in the company name. Pay by card, UPI, NEFT or RTGS. PO invoicing on Enterprise. USD invoicing for foreign entities.
Team dashboard
Usage by traveller, trip, country and cost centre. Roles for admin, finance and traveller. Team management.
SSO and directory sync
Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID and Okta with SCIM on Growth and Enterprise. Leavers lose access the day HR removes them.
Expense export
CSV, Xero, Zoho Books, Tally and SAP Concur. Each line carries traveller, trip and cost centre, so nothing needs re-keying.
Policy and caps
Per-trip and per-month caps per traveller, allowed countries, alerts at 50, 80 and 100 percent, and approval for add-ons.
How the corporate travel eSIM works
Pick a plan and create the workspace
Starter and Growth start online with a GST number and a card or NEFT. Enterprise starts with a quote. The workspace is live in minutes.
Invite travellers
Add by email, CSV or SSO directory sync. Each traveller installs the Universal eSIM once on their own phone; it stays installed for every future trip.
Set policy
Per-trip caps, per-traveller monthly caps, allowed countries, who can buy single-country add-ons. Defaults are sensible and take a minute to change.
Travel
The traveller switches the line on at the gate. Data draws from the pool. Nothing to expense, no roaming bill shock, no receipts to chase.
Close the month
One invoice with GST, a usage report by traveller and cost centre, and a one-click export to your accounting or expense tool.

How companies pay for travel data
Who it is built for
- Sales and consulting teams with 4 to 20 trips a year per person to the USA, Europe, the Gulf and Southeast Asia.
- IT and engineering companies sending staff on client deployments where laptops need hotspot on day one.
- Founders and small teams who want one invoice instead of expense claims, starting on Team Starter and cancelling any time.
- Travel management companies who want to bundle data into itineraries; see the white-label and API pages.
- Companies with devices as well as people: the same account manages IoT SIMs for trackers, POS terminals and routers.

Corporate travel eSIM questions
What is a corporate travel eSIM?
A corporate travel eSIM is an eSIM profile installed once on each employee's phone and managed from a company dashboard. With Universal eSIMs, the company buys a pooled data allowance (50GB for up to 10 travellers at ₹24,999 a month, or 300GB for up to 50 at ₹1,19,999), travellers draw from it in 130+ countries, and finance gets one monthly invoice.
How much does the business eSIM cost?
Three ways to pay. Per trip: buy country or Global plans from ₹249 as needed. Per seat: World Wallet at ₹4,199 per traveller a year for World Wallet that lasts 365 days. Pooled: Team Starter ₹24,999 a month and Team Growth ₹1,19,999 a month. Enterprise is quoted. All are launch pricing and include GST.
How does pooled data work across countries?
The pool is a single monthly allowance in GB. Every traveller draws from it at the same rate whether they are in the USA, Germany or Singapore; there is no per-country rate card inside the pool. Unused data rolls over for one month. If the pool runs out, the dashboard owner approves a top-up block or the plan steps up automatically if you enable that.
Can I see who is using what?
Yes. The team dashboard shows usage by traveller, trip, country and cost centre in near real time, with alerts at 50%, 80% and 100% of any cap. Exports are available as CSV and to Xero, Zoho Books, Tally and, on Growth and Enterprise, SAP Concur.
Does it support SSO?
Team Growth and Enterprise support SSO with Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, with SCIM directory sync so that leavers lose access automatically. Team Starter uses email login with two-factor authentication.
Is it cheaper than letting employees roam on their Indian SIMs?
Usually by 60 to 85 percent. Indian operator roaming packs cost roughly ₹575 to ₹1,101 a day for 0.5GB to 1GB. A traveller using 1GB a day for 10 days costs about ₹8,000 on roaming and about ₹5,000 from the Starter pool at ₹500 per GB. Use the roaming cost calculator for your own numbers.
Do travellers keep their own phone numbers?
Yes. The eSIM is a second line for data. The employee keeps their Indian SIM active with data roaming off, so calls and OTPs still arrive. Hotspot is allowed, so one plan covers phone and laptop.
What about phones that do not support eSIM?
We supply a physical travel SIM for those travellers, delivered to the office in 1 to 3 days inside India, drawing from the same pool. See physical travel SIM. Check a model with the compatibility checker.
Is there a minimum contract?
No for Starter and Growth: monthly, cancel any time, and annual billing takes two months off. Enterprise plans are annual with custom terms. Launch pricing is fixed for 12 months on any plan started before 31 March 2027.
Can we get a GST invoice and pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Monthly GST invoices in the company name, payment by card, UPI, NEFT or RTGS, and PO-based invoicing on Enterprise. Foreign entities are invoiced in USD without GST.
