Indian Department of Telecommunications rules require identity and travel verification for every international SIM sold in India. We confirm current rules before each change to this list; if your situation is unusual, ask on WhatsApp before ordering.

Photo tips. Lay the passport flat in daylight, all four corners visible, no glare on the laminate. The ticket can be a PDF or a clear screenshot with your name and date. The live photo is taken in the browser; remove sunglasses and caps. Most rejections are glare on the passport photo page.

Upload the passport pages and the ticket, take a live photo. We verify within 2 working hours during the day; the Department of Telecommunications requires this for every international SIM sold in India. Confirm current rules; they change.
Delivery or pickup
Courier in 1 to 3 working days to any serviceable Indian address, or collect at an airport or partner counter with the order code and the passport you registered.
Insert and switch on abroad
The SIM is pre-registered. Insert it before landing, turn data roaming on for that SIM, and the local number and data work within minutes of arrival. Validity starts on first connection.

Specifics and tips
- Order cut-off for same-day dispatch is 2 pm IST on working days. Sunday orders dispatch Monday.
- Tracking link arrives by WhatsApp and email at dispatch. Couriers attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel to us.
- If you move between cities before departure, change the delivery address from your account until the parcel is dispatched.
- KYC is per traveller. A family of four ordering four SIMs completes four KYC sets; the app lets one person upload for all with each traveller's live photo.
- Students ordering the Arrive Connected kit as a physical SIM follow the same KYC, with the admission letter accepted in place of a return ticket.
- Business accounts can deliver a batch of SIMs to one office address with KYC completed by each traveller in the app; see business plans.

Which documents do I need for travel SIM KYC?
Three for every order: a passport scan (photo and address pages), a confirmed international ticket or itinerary showing your name and travel date, and a live photo taken at checkout. UAE and Australia numbers also need the visa or entry permit. Occasionally we ask for Aadhaar or another Indian address proof if the passport address is out of date.
How long does KYC verification take?
Within 2 working hours between 9 am and 9 pm IST, and by 10 am the next day for orders placed overnight. You get a WhatsApp and email when it is approved, and the SIM is dispatched the same day if the courier cut-off (2 pm) has not passed.
How fast is delivery in my city?
Next working day in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata and Ahmedabad for orders before 2 pm; 2 working days in other state capitals and tier-2 cities; 2 to 3 working days elsewhere. Same-day courier in Hyderabad and Bengaluru is ₹149. Speed Post fallback takes 3 to 5 days.
What does delivery cost?
Standard courier is ₹99 and free on orders above ₹1,999, which covers every SIM except Thailand. Same-day in Hyderabad and Bengaluru is ₹149. Hotel delivery abroad is ₹299 and is confirmed at checkout only where the destination partner operates.
Can I collect at the airport?
Where a franchise counter is live. Counters at Hyderabad (RGIA) and Bengaluru (KIA) are planned for launch, with Mumbai and Delhi to follow. You show the order code and the registered passport; the counter hands over the pre-registered SIM. Until then, home delivery or a partner counter is the route.
Can someone else collect or receive it for me?
Delivery to your address can be received by anyone there; the SIM is already registered to you. Counter pickup requires the registered traveller in person with the passport used for KYC, because DoT rules tie the SIM to the verified buyer. Confirm current rules.
What is hotel delivery abroad?
For Dubai, Bangkok, London, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, our destination partner delivers the SIM to your hotel reception before you check in. Order at least 5 days ahead, enter the hotel name and booking reference, and KYC is completed online as usual. It costs ₹299 extra.
Why does an Indian seller need my ticket?
Department of Telecommunications rules for international SIM sales in India require sellers to verify identity and outbound travel so that foreign SIMs are not used within India. The ticket proves travel. We keep KYC records for the period the rules require and delete them afterwards under the privacy policy. Rules change; confirm current requirements if unsure.
What if the courier is late and I have flown?
Tell us on WhatsApp. We cancel the physical SIM and issue an eSIM for the same plan at no charge if your phone supports it; otherwise we refund in full, including delivery, because the delay was ours.
