Pricing questions
How much does a Universal eSIM cost?
Country eSIMs start at ₹249 for 1GB over 7 days in Tier A destinations such as Thailand and Malaysia, and go up to ₹5,499 for 30 days unlimited in the USA. The most-bought plan, 5GB for 30 days, costs ₹649 to ₹1,299 depending on destination. Every plan is on this page with no hidden fees.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. All INR prices on this site include 18% GST and a GST invoice is issued at purchase. There is no activation fee, no delivery fee for eSIMs and no charge for hotspot. Physical SIMs add ₹99 delivery, free above ₹1,999.
Which currency am I charged in?
Indian customers pay in INR by UPI, card or net banking. Customers elsewhere pay in USD by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. The EUR, GBP and AED figures shown by the currency switcher are indicative conversions at the rate on the day; your bank may apply its own rate.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund if the eSIM cannot be installed on a compatible, unlocked phone. Unused and uninstalled plans are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Once the eSIM connects to a network, the plan is used. Physical SIMs returned unactivated within 30 days are refunded minus ₹199. Full terms in the refund policy.
Is hotspot included in the price?
Yes, on every plan, with no separate cap. Unlimited plans give full speed for the first 2GB each day and 3 Mbps after that, which still runs maps, messaging and music.
Why is the USA more expensive than Thailand?
Wholesale data costs differ by country. US networks charge roaming partners several times what Thai networks do, so a USA 5GB plan is ₹1,299 while Thailand is ₹649. We publish every tier rather than averaging, so cheap destinations stay cheap.
How do student and business prices work?
Student kits (Arrive Connected) cost ₹2,999 to ₹3,999 for 30 days with a local number and 30GB to 50GB, then ₹1,699 to ₹2,499 a month; see student SIM. Business team pools start at ₹24,999 a month for 50GB shared by 10 travellers; see business.
Do prices change?
Wholesale costs move, so prices are reviewed monthly. The date at the top of each page shows when prices were last checked (25 October 2026). A price you pay is locked for that plan; top-ups are charged at the price shown at the time of top-up.
Is there a cheaper way to buy for several trips?
World Wallet 365 on the Global eSIM gives 5GB that stays valid for a year in 130+ countries for ₹4,199, with top-ups at Global rates. Referral credit of ₹200 per friend also applies to any plan.
