Rules and payouts
- Commission is calculated on the amount the customer pays after discounts and before GST.
- Refunded, charged-back or fraudulent orders are deducted before confirmation.
- No brand bidding, no brand terms in display URLs, no pop-unders, no cookie stuffing, no self-purchases.
- Codes may be shared publicly on your own channels. Posting them to coupon aggregators you do not own voids attribution for those orders.
- You remain responsible for disclosing the affiliate relationship under the advertising rules that apply to you.
- Payout in INR to Indian bank accounts or UPI; in USD by PayPal or wire elsewhere. Wire fees above US$10 are deducted.
Affiliate programme questions
How much does the Universal eSIMs affiliate programme pay?
15% of the order value on a customer's first order and 5% on every repeat order that customer places in the following 12 months. On a ₹1,200 first order you earn ₹180; on a ₹1,200 repeat order you earn ₹60.
How long is the cookie and what if the customer uses a code instead?
The cookie lasts 45 days from the last click. Coupon-code attribution runs alongside it: if a customer enters your creator code at checkout, the sale is yours even if the cookie was cleared or they bought on another device. Where a click and a different partner's code conflict, the code wins.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly, within the first 10 days of the month, for commission confirmed in the previous month. Commission is confirmed once the 30-day refund window on each order has passed. The minimum payout is ₹1,000 or US$25; smaller balances roll over. Payment is by UPI, PayPal or bank transfer in INR or USD.
Can I give my audience a discount?
Yes. Every affiliate gets a creator code worth 10% off for the customer. Your 15% commission is calculated on the discounted order value.
Which pages can I link to?
Any page on the site: 195+ country pages, regional pages for Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Global eSIM, the student SIM pages and the IoT pages. Deep links are generated in the dashboard and carry your ID automatically.
Do student SIM and IoT sales count?
Student SIM starter kits count at the full 15% and the monthly continuation plans count as repeat orders at 5% for 12 months. Self-serve IoT Go orders count at 15% on the first invoice. IoT Scale and Enterprise contracts are paid as a one-off referral fee agreed case by case.
Is paid search allowed?
Yes for generic and destination keywords, no for our brand name, misspellings or "Universal eSIMs coupon" terms. Affiliates may not use our brand in display URLs. Breaches void the month's commission on the first occurrence and the account on the second.
How does this compare with TSIM and eSIMify?
As observed in October 2026, TSIM pays 10% with 1-year attribution and a ₹1,000 payout threshold; eSIMify pays 8% of the net order with a 30-day cookie. Universal eSIMs pays 15% on the first order, 5% on repeats for 12 months, and uses a 45-day cookie plus coupon-code attribution.
Can I be an affiliate and a reseller at the same time?
Yes. Many agents and consultants publish content too. Use the affiliate link for online readers and the reseller dashboard for customers you serve directly. The two balances are tracked separately in one login.
